If you've already got your SW20 dialed in for shows or you just want the hardware under the hood to match the quality of the rest of the build, this is the frunk prop kit for you. Same proven dual gas-charged design as our standard black kit — but finished in stainless steel for a cleaner, more polished look and real corrosion resistance for the long haul. Two gas-charged hydraulic prop rods mount on either side of the frunk to replace the single stock prop rod. Once you've lifted the lid past the halfway point, the props take over and finish the job for you — hands-free, effortless, and a nice touch when people are crowded around the car at a show. Running a carbon fiber lid? We also offer a low-pressure version specifically for lighter aftermarket lids. Stock-pressure struts will over-power a carbon or fiberglass lid and push it harder than you want, so make sure to select the correct option at checkout for your setup.
