Running a Gen2 3SGE in your SW20? Your fuel line should match the upgrade. The Gen2 3SGE is a popular swap for SW20 owners who want a meaningful step up from the 5SFE without jumping all the way to a turbo 3SGTE. More power, more character, and a great mid-engine match — but factory-style fuel lines weren't built with swaps or decades of age in mind. Bigger, better fuel delivery keeps everything else you've put into the build working the way it should. We took our popular 20V 4AGE fuel line design and built it out for the Gen2 3SGE SW20. It's a 3/8" (-6 AN) PTFE-lined stainless steel braided fuel line, rated at 2,450 PSI working pressure and 9,800 PSI burst. That's larger than factory — bigger than even the turbo cars came with from the factory — so there's plenty of flow headroom for a healthy NA motor or for supporting the fueling demands of a more aggressive tune. And because it's PTFE lined, it's fully compatible with both pump gas and E85. We ditched the restrictive banjo bolts in favor of a straight-through adapter design, so fuel flows with fewer restrictions from tank to rail.
